Because I write this to capture my perspective before actually reading or educate myself about what power really is? What does it means? and how it works?

Absolute power — what many tyrants seek for, is when you can do anything, anywhere, under every circumstance without undesired consequences.
Trust
Reputation
Social status
Credit
Money and value
Knowledge
Data and information
วาป
Violence
Strength
time
…
all mortals seek power in some form or another
and ‘the fear to lose them’ is engraved on their DNA
all mortals seek power in some form or another
and there is no “one form of power to rule them all”
each form is interact with and depend on each others
Some form are easy to transfer to others
with money, you can buy high quality knowledge by enrolling some courses
Some are not, this is depends on the context
You cannot gain trust in some community by just being wealthy
But maybe you can in some society
skills or reputation can be a green card to your dream job
Most form of power are temporal — money is the very fragile one if you don’t have other forms of power to support it. Strength and Intelligence are temporal too and will gradually decline but only the death itself can take it from you.
everyone can pass their powers to others too
you can teach someone your wisdom to making money
you can give your money to your offspring
researchers can share their knowledge, data and insight to gain power to build or change something in the world
สิ่งเหล่านี้มันก็แค่ของสมมติที่มนุษย์นิยามกันขึ้นมา
ถ้าเปรียบชีวิตก็เป็นเหมือนเกมหลาย ๆ เกม some forms of power คือ currenciesในเกมเหล่านั้น
สิ่งที่เป็นปัญหาคือ มีคนบางกลุ่มมองว่าชีวิตมีแค่ currency เดียว และเชื่อว่าทุกคนต้องทำทุกวิถีทางเพื่อ maximizing that currency (เช่น เงิน maxxing ไม่สน trust, reputation, hobby)
อาจมีคนที่พึงพอใจกับชีวิตแบบนั้นอยู่หยิบมือ แต่สำหรับคนทั่วไป ไม่ได้ psycho อะไรแบบนี้สร้างปลายทางที่ว่างเปล่ามานักต่อนักแล้ว

การเอาชีวิตหรือตัวตนไปผูกติดกับ power ทำให้มนุษย์รู้สึกดี แต่ในแง่นึงก็ทำให้เราเป็นทาสของมัน
สิ่งสมมติอย่าง reputation, friendship ถ้าเป็นทาสมันจนเกินไป ก็นำมาซึ่งผลเสียต่อตัวเราด้วยเช่นกัน
แล้วก็ อันนี้ bias ส่วนตัว มีสิ่งสมมติบางอย่างที่ไร้ความหมายเกินกว่าที่เราควรปล่อยให้มันเป็นนายเรา tho เช่น วรรณะ, ฐานะยศฐา, เงินตรา
ไม่ได้บอกว่าเงินไม่จำเป็น แต่ดูไม่คุ้มถึงขนาดควร convert หลายๆอย่างไปเป็นอันนี้แล้ว expect ว่าจะมีความสุข

ที่คน suffer กันเพราะผู้คนต่างไล่ตามสิ่งที่มันไม่มีความหมายจริง ๆ สำหรับพวกเขากันอยู่ไง ทำยังไงผู้คน(รวมถึงผม)ถึงจะตื่นรู้กันนะ
